1. Definitions

“Account”: means collectively the personal information, Payment Information and credentials used by Users to access Paid Content on the Website;

“Payment Information”: means any details required for the purchase of from this Website. This includes, but is not limited to, credit / debit card numbers, bank account numbers and sort codes;

2. Services

2.1 Membership “Brotherhood”:

Details: The Brotherhood is an online community offering two online group coaching calls per month and access to online courses, PDFs, and other resources.

Membership Limit: To keep our community high quality, only 12 spots open up each first day of the month until we reach a maximum of 144 members.

Application: The applicant must pay a 1 USD deposit to secure a spot on the waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available, he will be asked to pay the remaining balance to gain immediate access. 

Pricing: The membership price will increase over time until we reach the 144 members. All pricing information on the website is accurate at the time of publication. We retain the right to modify prices and adjust or remove any special offers periodically and as deemed necessary. The membership price will be the amount displayed on the website at the time the participant pays the deposit. This price will stay the same for the whole length of the membership (until cancellation).

Cancellation: If the applicant decides not to join after paying the deposit, he will be refunded the 1 USD. Once in the Brotherhood, the customer can cancel anytime without fees, and the membership will cease at the end of the billing period.

2.2 In-person Retreat “Expedition”:

Details: The Expedition retreat is an all-inclusive experience (excluding airfare) featuring varying durations, outdoor sports, and coaching sessions. A strict no alcohol and drug policy is in place. Participants must have their own insurance.

Booking: A 1000 USD deposit is required to secure a spot, refundable only if the host cancels. The remaining payment is due on a specified date. Tickets are transferable to another person in case of inability to join. Full refunds are provided if the host cancels, but no refunds are available if participants cancel.

3. Accounts

To access services on this Website, you must establish an account, providing specific personal details and payment information. By persisting in the use of this website, you affirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. It is advised not to disclose your account details, especially your username and password. We disclaim any responsibility for losses or damages arising from the sharing of your account details.

3.1 Termination and Cancellation of Accounts

Either Chasing Excellence LLC or you can close your account. If we decide to terminate your account, you will receive an email notification along with an explanation for the termination. However, we reserve the right to terminate without providing specific reasons.

4.1 While every attempt has been made to align all general service descriptions from Chasing Excellence LLC with the actual services you will receive, we are not accountable for any deviations from these descriptions. The precise nature of services may vary based on your specific needs and circumstances.

4.2 All pricing information on the website is accurate at the time of publication. We retain the right to modify prices and adjust or remove any special offers periodically and as deemed necessary.

5.6 By enrolling in the ‘Brotherhood,’ participants acknowledge and agree that the use of all or part of the service is entirely at their own risk. Any actions or decisions made by participants based on such advice are done solely by choice and responsibility, and neither the event organizers/facilitators, their agents, employees, officers, volunteers, nor contractors, nor any person or organization associated with them, bear responsibility or liability.

5.7 Participants understand that any experience, service, and/or information at the event is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. Participants will not use it in place of any form of therapy. Participants recognize that some group processes may require emotional, physical, and mental efforts, potentially causing stress. The event’s group processes may involve physical exertion, including but not limited to violent physical contact and wrestling, with the potential for severe physical, mental, or emotional injury. Participants fully acknowledge and take responsibility for all associated risks. It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with their primary health care provider before participating. Should the participant choose not to consult their health care provider, they accept full responsibility, waiving all rights to liability or claims against Chasing Excellence LLC and its agents, administrators, or employees.

5.8 Participants and/or their legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chasing Excellence LLC, its agents, servants, or employees for any injury, harm, or death caused by negligence or other acts or omissions of the participant, other participants, and/or Chasing Excellence LLC, its agents, servants, or employees.

5.9 We reserve the right to modify the Website, its content, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective for you from your initial use of the Website following the modifications. If legal requirements mandate alterations to these Terms and Conditions, such changes will automatically apply to both pending orders and any orders you place in the future.

6. User Conduct:

Participants are expected to uphold a standard of respect, inclusivity, and open-mindedness, fostering teamwork and mutual support throughout the program. We reserve the right to expel participants engaging in disruptive behavior. The program emphasizes group engagement over individual experiences, fostering a judgment-free environment. Participants must be in good physical health, with proper authorization from their health practitioner for outdoor sports. Full confidentiality is a fundamental requirement.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality:

All conversations, coaching sessions, men circles, and related interactions conducted within the framework of our services are considered confidential. Chasing Excellence LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy of individuals participating in these activities. Information shared during these sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except in cases where legal obligations may require such disclosure.

8. Intellectual Property:

8.1 Chasing Excellence LLC owns all materials and retains copyright for all content. All content included on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and software, is the property of Chasing Excellence LLC, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.

8.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given Our express written permission to do so.

9. Governing law

This contract, formed as soon as you have placed the order for the “Brotherhood” or the “Expedition”, shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. All disputes in relation to this contract shall be settled by public courts in Wyoming, USA..

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before completing your order. The completion of your order is, therefore, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
